Roundtables: Co-Mentoring Group Sessions

Join an intimate, women-only group of five led by Lesa in a 3.5-hour Roundtable group session, where you’ll discuss journeys similar to yours, and share common ground for growth, inspiration and deep learning.

We each have three Communities we put most of our attention towards in our lives: Home and Family, Friends and Social, and Work and Industry. What we don’t have is the Fourth Community—the one where we can support and be supported by a group of strong, successful women who want to live rich and satisfying lives, and encourage others to do the same. That’s what Roundtable Sessions are about.

Support and be supported by a group of strong, successful women who want to live rich and satisfying lives, and encourage others to do the same. Each month a new Topic of Focus will be announced, including Transitions, Balance, Leadership, Going Bigger, Courage and others. After we discuss the Roundtable structure, participants go through a mini-Discovery Session to access each of their priorities and guiding principles for discussion. Each participant will receive at least 20 minutes of individual focus on their challenge, goal or aspiration. At the end of each Roundtable, we will share resources and contact information, and you will be invited to join a private FourthCommunity Facebook group to share “aha” moments, revelations and successes.

Roundtable participants are carefully selected for each group through an application process that will help ensure the six of us will mesh. Don’t worry—if you’re not selected for this month, your application will be rolled to the next month’s group. This is to help make sure the group’s participants provide maximum benefit for each other.

TESTMONIAL

I can’t wait for a Roundtable Session to check back in with this work and with Lesa, and get re-grounded. It’s not like I need a therapist. I just want more in my life, and especially to silence the “shoulds” I kept hearing in the back of my mind and instead hear what I have to say for myself. I highly recommend Mentoring with Lesa Heebner.
